These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pixraft (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Credits & billing

• The Service operates on a credit system. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits.
• Additional credits are purchased through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Credits are consumed when you submit a generation. If an output is blocked by content moderation, the credits for that generation are refunded to your balance.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may moderate, block, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate it.

Content & intellectual property

• You retain rights to the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers and applicable law.
• You are responsible for your prompts and any files you upload, and you represent that you have the rights to use them.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your inputs and outputs solely to operate the Service.
• The Pixraft name, branding, and software are our property and may not be used without permission.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixraft operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
