This Privacy Policy explains how Pixraft (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AI image, video, and audio generation platform (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication credentials, managed through our authentication provider.
• Generation data — the prompts, reference files you upload, model selections, and the media outputs you generate.
• Billing data — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe returns a customer reference and transaction status.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic errors) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service and process your generations.
• To manage credits, billing, and your account.
• To run automated content moderation on generated outputs.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g., email verification, receipts).

Service providers

We share data with third parties only as needed to run the Service:

• InsForge — database and authentication.
• WaveSpeed AI and OpenAI — AI model inference for your prompts and inputs.
• Cloudflare R2 — permanent storage and delivery of generated media.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and product analytics.

Prompts and inputs you submit are sent to the applicable model provider to fulfill your request. Each provider processes that data under its own terms.

Data retention

We retain account and generation data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and strict content-security policies. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
